I recently discovered this book and am very impressed. It goes over 50 poses and gives variations of poses to make them accessible to different body types. While I endeavor to teach variations to you in my lessons, this is a great resource if you're interested in how to find your way into certain poses that might otherwise be a bit difficult. Definitely worth a gander!
