I know some of you have already seen our new household member on Facebook. I just wanted to give you a bit of yoga with Zeke here. He's 3 months old, and I wish I could say he'll be joining me in videos soon, but I fear that could be a ways off. For now, the only way I could do it is with full body armor. 😂 I think Philo is grateful that he's my only yoga buddy for now.

Anyway, here's my first try at practicing yoga with him in the room.
