I always ask Armistead to be a stand in for me as I'm making sure the focus is sharp and exposure is right before I start rolling on a yoga video. Yesterday I started the camera as we were doing this (without him knowing) and caught this funny moment of his impersonation of me doing yoga... lol. He's happy with me posting it here, but didn't want me to post on Facebook or elsewhere as he's in his PJs and he's got his lovely morning hair.
