Through the course, I go over six different ways to meditate. I also cover 3 different positions for meditating so you can find what's right for your body.

Challenge Yourself
This course is intended to be done 10 days in a row. The best way to establish a practice, is to... practice. You don't have to do 10-days straight, it's just a gentle encouragement. I also offer ongoing meditations after the course so you can continue meditating.

Gain Knowledge
Each day I go over some basic concepts, that relate to a meditation practice. These are intended to help you find your way into a sustainable practice that makes sense for you.
